Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer.
• 5+ years of recent experience in technical writing.
• 3+ years of recent experience in the acquisition community.

Responsibilities

• Support SMWDC HQ in capability assessments across mission area capabilities.
• Assist in identifying and recommending solutions for requirements.
• Develop plans that improve war fighting performance.

Skills

Experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Officer

Technical writing

Knowledge of Combat Systems

Understanding of Command and Control issues

Ability to obtain Security clearance

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
