Job summary

Ultra I&C is seeking a Program Manager to lead software development, systems integration, and sustainment programs for Navy/Marine Corps. The role involves coordinating dispersed teams across Austin, TX and San Diego, CA, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and technical performance goals.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, contracts, finance, and customers through all lifecycle stages to deliver mission-critical capabilities and program success.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
• 6+ years of experience managing DoD programs.
• Experience leading software development, systems integration, or engineering programs.
• Experience with ECPs, contract modifications, or requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Navy/Marine Corps programs from initiation through execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance to meet contract objectives.
• Deliver financial performance targets including revenue, margin, forecasts, and EV metrics.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and baselines.
• Lead software and systems development, integration activities, and fielded enhancements.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Operations.
