JSL Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Training & Manpower Logistics Specialist in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on introducing, training, and integrating a new combat system for FF(X) and LCS classes, with 25% travel and SECRET clearance required.

The specialist will work with government offices, system developers, and IPTs to deliver training requirements, curriculum, and supporting documentation for fleet introduction.

Qualifications

• SECRET Clearance required and active status.
• Minimum of 2 years in Navy training development or curriculum creation.
• Experience with Navy training documentation: NTP, NTSP, TCCD, LPs.
• Experience with one or more combat systems or domains (e.g., SSDS Mk 2, AEGIS).
• Ability to work with government IPTs and multiple commands.

Responsibilities

• Develop Navy Training Process (NTP) products and training documentation.
• Plan and update training requirements and acquisition documentation.
• Develop curriculum for operator and maintainer pipelines.
• Evaluate manpower and training impacts; refine PSMD inputs.
• Coordinate training labs, classrooms, and shipboard spaces; align with deployment timelines.
• Participate in training, combat system, ILS, and manpower IPTs; provide status updates.
