Qualifications

• Experience delivering advanced instruction in marine gas turbines (LM2500) and propulsion systems.
• Experience with JFMM and training framework development.
• Ability to mentor junior trainers and translate technical data into briefings.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level oversight for repair and modernization of surface fleet.
• Deliver on-the- deck instruction across Hull, Mechanical, Electrical spectrum.
• Translate technical data into actionable repair actions for leadership.
• Mentor junior trainers and military personnel to uphold safety and maintenance standards.
• Plan and prioritize workload, directing military, civilian, or contractor staff.
• Design and refine training methodologies in line with JFMM and Navy directives.
