Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program and Project Management Specialist to support the Navy’s Mission Systems from concept to completion. You’ll work with Assistant Program Managers to prepare acquisition documents and monitor cost, schedule, and performance, delivering high‑quality briefing material and reporting.

Required: 3+ years supporting Navy/DoD, 3+ years PMO, experience with FAR/PPBE, DoD 5000.02 knowledge, TS/SCI clearance, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW clients.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoW Program Management Offices.
• 3+ years of experience managing a spend plan.
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR).
• Experience with Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE).
• Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD Instruction DoD 5000.02.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts related to electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master’s degree.
