Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a Structural Engineer in Norfolk, VA to support naval operations and ship condition assessments. You will provide technical assistance, conduct inspections, and contribute to repair recommendations for US Navy vessels, including stability and docking analyses.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering with a naval architecture/structural emphasis, hands-on Navy vessel experience, and proficiency in structural analysis and load calculations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with Structural Engineering or Naval Architecture emphasis.
• Experience in structural analysis, load calculations, and naval architecture concepts.
• Hands-on experience on US Navy vessels and in dry-docks and docking evolutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance and corrective actions for ship structures.
• Inspect and evaluate ship condi tions and determine corrective steps.
• Respond to ESRs and client departures related to structural needs.
