Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC is seeking an Engineering Technician V to support Naval shipboard electrical systems in Chesapeake, VA. The role focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical/electronic equipment while reviewing blueprints and providing design recommendations.

The candidate should have experience with naval procedures, tag-out practices, and a strong safety mindset to operate in a government contracting environment. Active clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipboard electrical/electronic systems and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and manuals.
• Knowledge of Navy electrical systems (AC/DC), tag-out, and safety regulations.
• Five years' experience on HM&E equipment on U.S. Navy ships/submarines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test, manufacture, troubleshoot, repair, and provide design input for electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Maintain OSHA safety and ensure proper tagging-out procedures.
• Travel as needed (CONUS & OCONUS).
