Job summary

Noblis MSD seeks Electrical Engineers to support NAVSEA/NSWCPD for hardware and software systems on U.S. Navy ships. Requirements include a BS in engineering, DoD Secret clearance (or ability), US citizenship, and travel readiness. Prior PLC/industrial control experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; CS/EE/CE preferred.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; graduates encouraged to apply.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain; US citizenship.
• Valid US passport or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time.
• Experience with industrial control systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support for integration in shipboard environments.
• Develop, derive, and refine system and software requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex fielded systems (microprocessor & PLC).
• Review technical docs related to fielded and future systems.
• Develop test procedures and provide installation support during modernization.
