Job summary

Haka Incorporated is seeking an experienced Production Manager Assistant for roles supporting Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam operations. The candidate will manage ship repair logistics, CASREP tracking, and communications to the N43 department while coordinating berths, fueling, and other shore-to-ship services.

Responsibilities include producing status briefings, drafting naval messages, and liaising with Navy maintenance personnel to determine optimal repair paths and schedules.

Qualifications

• Navy surface ships experience and naval know-how are required.
• Ability to read, decipher and draft naval messages and to track CASREPs.
• Experience coordinating ship repairs, berths, and logistics within Navy operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ship checks and determine optimal repair paths.
• Track CASREPs and ship degradations with weekly status updates.
• Prepare repair status briefings for N43 Department Head and command staff.
• Assist in scheduling basin support, berth locations, and barge movements.
• Draft applicable ship cannibalization messages as needed and coordinate with ship personnel.
