Job summary

Serco seeks an experienced mid-level program analyst to join the Maritime Engineering Operation (MEO). You will help update Navy shipbuilding specifications, translate requirements into contractual language, and support design teams in an integrated environment.

The role emphasizes data gathering, knowledge management, and digital engineering tool adoption. The position requires DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and MS Office

Qualifications

  • Clear oral and written communications with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Experience supporting engineering and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research Navy specifications and standards history.
  • Assist in creating POM briefs and responses to NAVSEA inquiries.
  • Support recruitment and development of ship design workforce.
  • Assist in Navy ship design documentation updates and guidance.
  • Manage knowledge repositories and digital engineering tools (DOORS, CAMEO, AI).
