VersAbility Resources, a Virginia-based nonprofit, is seeking dependable Laborers to support Navy ship provisioning under a government contract. This part-time, as-needed role entails loading and unloading ships, organizing materials, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced, team-based setting. Ideal candidates are physically capable, safety-minded, and able to work outdoors in varied weather.

U.S. citizenship is required, and NACLC background clearance must be obtained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme weather and cold storage environments.
• Must obtain NACLC background clearance and access to Naval bases.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks including loading and unloading ships and transport equipment.
• Sort, stock, pull, package, and repackage materials.
• Transport goods using carts, hand trucks, or team-based methods.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and contract requirements.
