Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a Ship Provisioning Laborer in Groton, CT to ensure submarines have the food and supplies they need. This hands-on role involves receiving, organizing, moving, and loading provisions onto vessels, with no prior experience required as training is provided.

You will work with a team in an outdoor environment, following safety procedures on docks and vessel decks, while maintaining a clean work area and communicating with teammates to meet timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we provide training.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid RealID and ability to obtain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport ship supplies and provisions.
• Sort, organize, and stage inventory for vessel deliveries.
• Assist with stocking and securing products aboard ships.
• Follow safety procedures while working on docks, piers, and vessel decks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely deliveries.
