Fairbanks Morse, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to convert complex propulsion designs into precise NX CAM programs for multi-axis machining and turning on Siemens 840D controls. You’ll develop toolpaths, validate them with VERICUT, and collaborate across NX, Teamcenter, and post-processing to enable production on the Pascagoula expansion.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing Eng or related field is required.
• Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience qualifies.
• No degree with 10+ years of progressive Manufacturing Eng and CNC programming also qualifies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, prove out, and maintain fully associative NX CAM programs for 3- to 5-axis machining.
• Create drive geometries and complex surfaces for propulsion components.
• Validate toolpaths with NX CSE and VERICUT prior to machine prove-out.
• Program Renishaw and Siemens on-machine probing cycles.
• Develop and troubleshoot lights-out post processors for unattended machining.
• Own Master Model Concept and maintain repeatable programming practices.
