Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Program and Trial Specialist to support Navy acquisition, shipboard testing, and trial events from concept to completion. You will coordinate trials, analyze results, and deliver briefs to government leadership, with frequent travel to shipyards across the continental US.

You will work with PAPMs, APMs, INSURV, shipbuilders, and trial teams to ensure mission success, maintain quality standards, and execute programs and shipboard trials, including at-sea

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years coordinating or participating in Navy shipboard testing, acceptance trials, inspections, or readiness events.
• 3+ years in program or project management.
• 3+ years providing direct support to U.S. government Programs Management Offices, PAPMs, and APMs.
• 3+ years experience with unmanned vehicles such as Unmanned Surface Vessels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to shipyards and board Navy ships for sea trial events up to ten days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Navy shipboard testing, acceptance trials, inspections, or readiness events.
• Prepare and deliver senior-level briefing reports to government staff or corporate leadership.
• Provide hands-on trial support and analysis of test results.
• Collaborate with PAPMs, APMs, INSURV, shipbuilders, and trial teams to meet objectives.
• Support sea trials, including testing underway at sea and land-based facilities.
