Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Program Analyst to support Navy missions by shaping and guiding project work for Navy clients. The role requires deep understanding of Navy operations, DoD processes, and strong briefing and analytical skills.

You will research, develop, plan, and support senior leadership while leveraging PowerBI and other data tools. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree are required; apply today to contribute to national security initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and teams of various sizes.
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings and reports.
  • Experience in Active duty, Reserve, or as a civilian with CVN, CRUDES, AMPHIBs, expeditionary, small craft, mine warfare, or modernization and sustainment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, including PowerBI or Automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

You Have
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and teams of various sizes

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings and reports

  • Experience with a large logistics and program management organization, including a military systems command

  • Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Master’s degree

  • Project Management Professional Certification

Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
