Serco Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead PORTS program initiatives in Middletown, Rhode Island. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the program manager, customer, and team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and deliverables meet DoD requirements.

The role requires US citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of management experience including P&L. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Formación

• Be a US Citizen with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience including profit and loss.
• Familiar with software development projects.
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject).
• Travel up to 10%

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects; liaison between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items per DoD requirements and adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
