Serco Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Middletown, Rhode Island to support the PORTS program for the US Surface Navy. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with the Program Manager, customers, and project staff to deliver high-quality training systems.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of management experience including profit and loss. Travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between Program Manager, Customer, and project team.
• Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules.
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and client-satisfaction goals.
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects.
