Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and act as liaison between Program Manager, customer, and project team
• Review project status, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; prepare status reports
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements
• Adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status
• Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects
