SimIS is seeking contractor SME support to provide technical and analytical support to Operational Test and Evaluation Force (T&E) in the definition, conduct, and analysis of structured Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) of US Navy Undersea Warfare systems. As the Program Manager, you will apply current knowledge of the Navy and multi‑service missions, operations, logistics, management, and organizational responsibilities to plan and organize work tasks leading to the successful execution of test planning, collecting data, and performing reconstruction and analysis for complex test and evaluation projects.
