Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. seeks a Modernization Coordinator to support CNAL Future Readiness. The role focuses on Combat Systems, Navy data environments, and fielding plans aboard U.S. Navy carriers in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities include reviewing SCDs, coordinating with the Modernization Manager, and ensuring alignment with CRM and fielding schedules. A secret clearance and 6+ years of related Navy experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance is required to be considered.
• HS Diploma required.
• 6+ years’ experience with modernization planning products (CBAs, SCDs, MRAs, NDE-NM, CRM).
• Experience briefing senior naval officers and civilian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and finalize SCD components after Technical Review.
• Coordinate with Modernization Manager and planners for alignment with fielding plans.
• Ensure hulls are accounted for and funding matches installation years.
• Assist with CRM and Change Request Master coordination.
• Support bid and proposal efforts as needed.
