MANTECH seeks a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support Carrier readiness and modernization in Norfolk, VA. This onsite role requires extensive Naval logistics experience and ILS expertise to scope, develop, validate, and implement logistics support programs.

You will coordinate with NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and CVN personnel, deliver training and analyses, and advise on maintenance planning, configuration documentation, and obsolescence mitigation for fleet readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience directly involved with Naval Logistics onboard aircraft carriers with a strong knowledge in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
• 8+ years of working knowledge of Logistics policies, procedures, practices and instructions on CVNs.
• Experience working with naval crew.

Responsabilités

• Provide critical support to aircraft carrier operations by delivering training, analysis, and technical assistance on maintenance ILS systems and programs.
• Maintain, review, and evaluate CSMPs, CASREPs, ship configurations, technical documentation, and material usage data for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Support planning, logistics readiness, and weapons systems support meetings with NAVSEA, NAVSUP WSS, Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Huntington Ingalls Newport News, CVN personnel, and others, offering insights to enhance logistics operations.
• Participate in weekly Command Readiness Calls presentations, identifying supply chain and habitability alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues across the fleet.
