Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) seeks a Logistics Engineer, Journeyman to support the NSG PSMI in acquisition and in-service logistics for weapon systems and related equipment. The role involves independent technical support to sub-contractors, program management, and Government customers to sustain and modify systems effectively.

Required are U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent), and 3–10 years in engineering or logistics roles.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science discipline (e.g., aerospace, civil, electrical, mechanical).
• Six years of directly relevant work experience may substitute for the Bachelor’s degree; an Associate’s degree plus four years of experience is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering data; help create/update schematics, drawings, specs, and parts lists.
• Set up and perform tests; record results, analyze data, and report findings.
• Support R&D projects; assist with prototype development, testing, and redesigns.
• Assist with test setups to evaluate new concepts and system modifications.
