Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. (SSI) seeks a skilled naval installations professional to support the deployment of hardware and software aboard ships. The role covers planning for new builds, upgrades on in-service vessels, and depot maintenance transitions.

You will review installation manuals, participate in PARM reviews and cross-functional meetings, and help prepare certification documentation. Ideal candidates bring hands-on RAM/CIWS experience and a track record of working within Navy combat

Qualifications

Analytical skills for supporting ship hardware/software installations.
Ability to plan installations for new ships, upgrades, and depot maintenance.
Experience reviewing installation manuals and drawings.
Experience preparing technical briefings and certification documentation.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support to install hardware and software on ships.
Support installation planning for new construction ships, in-service ships receiving upgrades, and depot maintenance changes.
Review installation manuals and drawings.
Participate in PARM reviews, TIMs, and Interface Working Groups.
Aid in preparing Combat System Certification documentation.
Prepare SPM PARM Review briefing materials and join Installation Working Group meetings.
Utilize CIWS and RAM knowledge to execute installation tasks.
