Job summary

OMG Federal is seeking a highly organized ERP Business Analyst to join our team in support of a NAVSEA Shipyard Support Office client in Portsmouth, VA. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, ERP requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement effective ERP solutions.

The position requires documenting requirements, driving process improvements (Lean Six Sigma), and ensuring ERP alignment with business objectives across NAVSEA, NSSO, and related communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Operations is required.
• 4–7 years in process improvement, data gathering, change management and implementation.
• Masters in related field is desirable.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Active Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and ERP requirements to support NAVSEA Shipyard NSSO clients.
• Coordinate requirements with cross-functional teams and document processes.
• Serve as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders to align ERP with business goals.
• Document requirements, specifications, and process maps for reference.
• Drive continuous process improvement across NAVSEA and NSSO communities.
