Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities for external use of Carderock capabilities.
• Engage with engineers, program managers, and government customers to understand needs.
• Communicate capabilities in engineering terms to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with internal experts to assess technical suitability and fit.
• Build and maintain a network across Navy, DoD, and industry.
• Qualify opportunities and hand off to business development teams.
• Maintain records of outreach and progress on opportunities.
