Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and testing of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment on ships and shore facilities.
• Install and test analogue-to-digital interfaces and programmable logic controllers.
• Possess fiber optics testing skills for fiber plant equipment installation and testing.
• Conduct voltage and electrical safety checks; repair motors, switches, radios and control panels.
• Connect and hook up to panels, switches, and boxes; pull cables in cableways and bulkhead stubs.
• Assist Electrical Lead in reviewing drawings and may supervise small teams.
