Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Navy Electrical Specialist to join CNAL at Norfolk, VA. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and on-the-job training of shipboard electrical systems, with focus on galley, scullery, and laundry equipment.

It is a hands-on position requiring active SECRET clearance and naval background. The role supports combat readiness and quality of life on CVN-class carriers, working with Fleet Maintenance, Systems Engineering, and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical maintenance experience, preferably Navy/DoD.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot shipboard electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair galley, scullery, and laundry equipment at component level.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ship's force Sailors.
• Deliver electrical guidance and maintenance support for 60 Hz hotel services and equipment.
• Interpret NAVSEA diagrams and NAVSEA standards for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Fleet Maintenance and QA/QC teams to support readiness.
• Document actions and comply with JFMM and NAVSEA standards.
