Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support NAVSEA NUWC Keyport in Keyport, WA. You will help implement RMF security controls, conduct vulnerability management, and support ATO processes for DoD/Navy information systems affecting UUV operations.

The role requires collaboration with a technical team to strengthen cybersecurity posture, perform continuous monitoring, risk mitigation, and ongoing assessment throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS or related field with 4+ years of experience (or Master's with 2+ years)
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or TS/SCI
• 3+ years of DoD/Navy cybersecurity, RMF, vulnerability mgmt & continuous monitoring
• Hands-on with ACAS, IAVM, security control assessments, and A&A/ATO support
• Knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD/Navy cybersecurity requirements; current DoDM 8140.03 certification
• Strong communication, collaboration with teams and government stakeholders
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and test RMF security controls and maintain secure documentation/tests
• Conduct ACAS scans, analyze results, and manage vulnerabilities (IAVM)
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, continuous monitoring, and compliance reporting
• Prepare and maintain A&A packages to obtain/maintain ATO
• Provide day-to-day cybersecurity support to PM and team leads across assessment/authorization
