Job summary

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Government Contract Specialist to support Navy and DoD programs in San Diego.

You will handle pre-award planning, post-award administration and complex documentation, ensuring compliance and quality across the contracting lifecycle. You will draft and review Acquisition Plans, SOWs, PWSs, and related documents, provide strategic guidance to the government client, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines while

Qualifications

3+ years in procurement planning and post-award contract management in government or government support.
Experience drafting and reviewing contract documentation for government clients.
Ability to research, analyze and interpret complex acquisition rules and regulations.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Bachelor's degree required.
Secret clearance is required.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
Onsite work at the San Diego, CA client location.

Responsibilities

Support pre-award planning, source selection and post-award contract administration for Naval and DoW systems.
Independently review, draft and revise contracting and acquisition documentation.
Research federal, DoW and Navy procedures; provide analytical support and guidance to the government client.
Develop and review PR packages including APs, SOWs, PWSs, SSPs, J&As, D&Fs, and CDRLs.
Ensure documentation is adequate, consistent and compliant with requirements.
Use interpersonal skills and sound business judgment to manage multiple activities with short turnaround times.
