Bristol Infrastructure Designs Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to support the Navy mission at MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina. The role requires coordinating with NAVFAC and multiple agencies on constructability, quality and safety across phases of the project.

The position emphasizes oversight of contractor submissions, site visits, and close collaboration with Government personnel to ensure timely completion within budget and specifications.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree or NAAB architecture degree or construction management degree is required.
• Minimum seven years of experience as Construction Manager/Project Manager/Field Engineer/QCM on large facilities >$5M.
• Strong understanding of NAVFAC requirements and coordination with multiple authorities.

Responsabilités

• Communicate NAVFAC requirements to contractor and agencies at multiple authority levels.
• Review pre-final drawings and specs for constructability and field compatibility.
• Participate in pre-award and post-award meetings and reviews.
• Monitor site progress, review QC and safety plans, and ensure quality control.
• Provide status updates to senior Government personnel.
