Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ship repair projects from planning through execution to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate repairs, logistics and safety protocols on shipboard projects.
• Schedule repairs with vessel owners/operators to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Oversee deployment of repair teams, equipment and materials to vessel sites.
