Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Mount Laurel, NJ, supports the SEMS Ship Integration Engineering organization. We design, develop, and maintain advanced combat system cabling solutions enabling seamless integration of mission-critical naval and land-based systems.

You will generate and maintain CBD/CIID and related drawings, review external data packages, and provide engineering support across multiple ship classes. This onsite role requires up to 5% travel and DoD Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience.
• Familiarity with various network types.
• Familiarity with cable interface design.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ with up to 5% travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain Combat System CBD and CIID including CRS, MDS, CIS, NMD, and EICD.
• Serve as the responsible engineer for development of cable products and deliverables.
• Review PARM, OEM, and vendor Installation Control Drawings and Technical Data Package (TDP) products for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide engineering support across multiple ship classes and test sites.
• Lead peer engineers and engineering aides to meet customer requirements and schedules.
