Job summary

SEACORP is seeking a qualified Electrical/Electronics Engineer I to join a multi-disciplinary team. You will design and develop payloads, harnesses, diagrams, and system-level drawings for installation on US Navy vessels, including submarines and surface ships. Expect work on power distribution, EMI analysis, and TDP development.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience, with U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Ideally 2+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret-level DoD clearance required; active Secret clearance is a plus.
• Experience with single and three-phase power distribution design and EMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end system engineering drawings and interconnect diagrams in CAD software.
• Develop subsystem cabling diagrams for electronics components and chassis.
• Select/design cables and components to meet MIL-STD EMI and military standards.
• Perform power system design and analysis including distribution and load balancing.
• Review ICDs and GFI for integration into existing architectures.
• Experience with mil-spec and COTS materials as warranted.
