Job summary

2 Circle, Inc. is seeking an experienced Navy TMS Instructor/Operator to support NADTC-LANT and NAWDC operations. This role involves aircrew training and Link Inject to Live (LITL) operations for Naval Aviation, with intermittent travel and a direct labor focus.

The ideal candidate has former Naval aviation experience, TOP SECRET clearance eligibility, and proficiency with MS Office. The position supports DoD training initiatives and offers opportunities for veterans to transition to civilian

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance. (Note: active SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET eligibility may be considered for otherwise well qualified candidates)
• Former Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer, O-3/4/5.
• Recent operational experience that is ACTC LEVEL 4 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS specific subject matter expertise for fleet training requirements.
• Provide liaison with Fleet representatives to help define future training requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise and aircraft knowledge required to support flight trainer operations and evaluations.
• Ensure FST events meet stated training requirements.
• Coordinate distributed events and lead distributed mission exercises.
• Develop scenarios in support of Fleet Synthetic Training - Aviation events.
• Plan and manage exercise timelines; provide mission planning, briefing guides, and kneeboard cards.
• Operate SAF/CGF to meet mission and tactics for distributed and LITL training.
• Role-play constructive assets during training events.
• Maintain currency with TMS and Naval Aviation Warfare Development Center TTPs and CONOPS.
