Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Analyst (Maintenance Assistant Requirements Officer) to support the Aviation Fleet Readiness Center and NAVAIR programs. The role focuses on analyses of aircraft, engines, and equipment logistics to support readiness and lifecycle decisions.

Responsibilities include JCIDS collaboration, program budgeting, and documentation across government and fleet interfaces. Onsite at the Pentagon with competitive compensation and security requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Must have minimum of 13 years of aviation maintenance managerial experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of naval aviation and the interrelationship with the Flying Hour Program to aircraft and engine depot maintenance, Integrated Logistics Support, and material readiness.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in order to develop and produce briefing slides, metric charts, graphics, or other documents to support a variety of engagements across multiple levels of leadership inside and outside of the DoN.
• Must have an active Secret level security clearance. Contract requires US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Requirements Officer during all phases of the JCIDS process, including preparation or review of formal requirements documents.
• Provide analysis on FYDP and year of execution requirements vetting to support Fleet priorities.
• Route draft program-related documents and incorporate salient comments into final versions.
• Research, investigate, and evaluate program requirements, resourcing, and objectives in the annual Program Objectives Memorandum (POM) process.
• Conduct studies and provide results to the Government pertaining to evaluation and analysis of program performance; research aviation development trends.
