We're seeking a skilled Naval Architect / Marine Engineer to lead the design and development of cutting-edge marine vessels, offshore platforms, and related structures. In this role, you’ll take projects from concept to delivery—managing technical designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting construction and sea trials.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design hull forms, propulsion systems, and structural components
  • Conduct hydrodynamic, structural, and stability analyses
  • Perform load, fatigue, and strength calculations in line with ABS, DNV, and other standards
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with shipyards, project managers, and clients to meet performance, safety, and budget goals
  • Prepare technical specifications, design reports, and review construction documentation
  • Stay current on emerging marine technologies and sustainability practices

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of professional experience in ship design and analysis
  • Deep knowledge of classification society rules (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel to client or shipyard sites as needed
