The US Naval Sea Systems Command seeks a qualified professional engineer or naval architect to lead systems engineering efforts supporting the design, development, construction and modernization of ships and ship systems.
The position requires at least one year of specialized experience at NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent, including managing projects and applying engineering standards across multidisciplinary teams.
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or naval architect managing systems engineering projects to support the design, development, construction or maintenance and modernization of ships or ship systems.
