Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Naval Acquisition Analyst, Senior to serve as a liaison to government and support pre- and post-award federal contracts. You will manage acquisition documentation, assist with STRAPs, J&As, RFPs, RFIs, and DD 254s, and oversee contract actions and deliverables.
The role requires DoD/Navy contract management experience, FAR/DFARS knowledge, and the ability to independently draft pre-award documentation. A secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Serve as an acquisition and contracts functional expert and perform contract management duties by assisting with pre-award, award, and post-award activities. Assist with program acquisition, contracting, and intellectual property strategies. Develop and maintain acquisition and program-related documentation and artifacts, including Streamlined Acquisition Plans (STRAPs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), Requests for Proposal (RFPs packages, Requests for Information (RFIs), Technical Instructions (TIs), Technical Advisory Reports (TARs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, and contract modifications. Assist with management and oversight of contract actions and milestones, Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Materials deliverables, CDRLs, TIs, and DD 254s. Perform program management duties by assisting with internal and external data calls for contract status, program and financial reviews, program reports, audits, and request for information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
