Job summary

The Fund Accounting Analyst role at Citi involves supporting daily and periodic NAV calculations for funds and processing related unit prices. You will participate in cash and position reconciliations, trade accounting, and exception management to ensure accurate fund valuations.

You will work with Operations - Transaction Services, interact with custodians, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to controls. Night shift may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
• 7-9 years Fund Accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash & position reconciliations for funds.
• Process daily income/expense files at fund level.
• Validate workflow exceptions and ensure accurate NAV calculations.
• Carry out trade posting and accounting from feeds from trades team.
• Process high-value transactions such as capital and sweep bookings.
• Coordinate with custodians on breaks and discuss status.
