Bass Pro Shops, at Johnny Morris Nature Resorts in Ridgedale, MO (Big Cedar Lodge), is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain lawns, plantings, and trails, including irrigation systems and equipment upkeep. The role involves snow/ice removal, debris cleanup, and proper safety practices.

The job requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, read safety instructions, and provide excellent guest service while upholding lodge standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care: cutting, trimming, seeding, irrigation, and chemical applications.
• Maintain flower beds: planting, weeding, irrigation, and chemical applications.
• Clear debris, snow/ice removal, sand or ice melt, and repair walkways and parking areas.
• Maintain and repair irrigation systems and landscaping equipment.
• Lift up to 100 lbs and respond to guest questions about Lodge facilities.
• Coordinate with supervisor on equipment and supply needs.
