NRDC (the Natural Resources Defense Council) seeks several graduate interns to support ongoing projects for the Nature Innovation Hub. Interns will report to the Managing Director and may be based in Chicago, New York, or Washington, DC offices.

Semester interns are expected to work onsite one day per week, with a hybrid work model. The Hub aims to modify economics of nature finance through durable policy mechanisms, tax law, and permanent finance, focusing on funding structures, laws, and

• Must be currently enrolled in a graduate program.

Responsabilidades

• Interns will report to the Managing Director, Nature Innovation Hub.
• Support ongoing projects and priorities for the Nature Innovation Hub.
• Assist with development of nature tax and finance legislation; oil and gas revenue policy reforms; invasive species policy; and agricultural investments and incentives.
• Prepare policy papers, literature reviews, and two-page summaries for policymakers.
• Work onsite in NYC or Washington, DC at least one day per week.
