Job summary

The K-12 Education Specialist at UCLA will support the coordination and facilitation of the NExT Step field trip program, lead nature walks, and conduct structured classroom activities. The role includes assisting with administrative tasks, inventory, and communication with teachers and administrators.

Responsibilities also include scheduling field trip facilitators, maintaining the booking calendar, preparing supplies, and reporting supply levels to the Manager of K-12 Program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills (written and verbal).
• Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. (Required)
• Proficiency in writing, editing and proofreading varying types of English text.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate field trips and the NExT Step program.
• Assist with scheduling field trip facilitators and maintain the booking calendar.
