Nature's Classroom in Ohio is seeking six Outdoor Education Instructors for the spring season. Programs include 2-4 day residential, day programs, and school visits, all built around a custom curriculum. No prior nature-education teaching experience is required; we will train you.

The Opportunity

Nature's Classroom is seeking six enthusiastic Outdoor Education Instructors for our fall season. We offer 2-4day residential programs, day programs, and school visits, all built around a custom curriculum designed to meet the needs of each group. No prior nature-education teaching experience is required. As long as you're excited to learn, we'll teach you everything you need to know!We are currently hiring for our Spring season, 2027. The dates for this position are February 22nd through May 21st.

What You'll Do

Each instructor is assigned a field group of 12-16 students (typically 6th graders) and leads hands-on, activity-based programming throughout their stay. Your day-to-day will include:

• Teaching outdoor classes aligned with middle school educational standards
• Leading interpretive nature hikes
