Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, development, and implementation of afterschool program activities and services.
• Deliver interactive, nature-based educational activities that promote environmental awareness and academic growth.
• Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and enrichment sessions tailored to participating youth.
• Support a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Coordinator and other staff to meet program goals.
• Monitor participation, behavior, and progress during activities.
• Maintain records of attendance, engagement, and feedback as required.
• Participate in ongoing staff training and development sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Coordinator.
