Job summary

CIMA ENERGY, LP in the United States seeks a Natural Gas Trading Analyst to support the trade team with reporting needs, Daily P&L publication, and forward position tracking.

You will partner across Front Office, Back Office, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to improve processes, automate workflows, and build Power BI dashboards that illuminate P&L drivers and risk exposures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mid-office or scheduling role within the energy or commodities sector.
• Proficiency in ETRM systems and advanced Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python for reporting and data visualization.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and communicate across teams.
