Magnolia River is seeking Natural Gas Inspectors to work on-site in the Campbellsville, KY area. The role involves inspecting natural gas distribution system construction, with year-round work and comprehensive benefits.

You will document findings, verify material and workmanship, and coordinate with clients and contractors. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of natural gas inspection experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of natural gas industry experience required.
• Experience inspecting steel welds and polyethylene fusions preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project scope and route before start.
• Walk door to door, document issues, and photos for records.
• Verify contractor qualifications and prepare daily progress notes.
• Record field data and upload to FieldLogIQ as required.
• Coordinate with client for line placement and tie-ins.
• Ensure wall thickness is within spec and report results.
• Inspect welds, coatings, and joint workmanship for compliance.
• Assist training of new inspectors and support safety initiatives.
• Maintain thorough documentation and meet deadlines.
• Support relocation, restoration, and customer-related tasks.
