A Quality Facility Services is seeking a Janitorial Team Lead in Natrona Heights, PA. This role focuses on developing leadership skills while managing janitorial teams and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate janitorial team members.
• Train, coach, and support staff.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met.
• Provide coverage when staffing is needed.
• Track labor hours and support operational goals.
• Place weekly supply orders and manage schedules.
• Communicate updates on schedule, policy, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to improve service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly while supporting our employees and customers.

• Lead and assist janitorial team members

• Train, coach, and support employees

• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met

• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise

• Track labor hours and support operational goals

• Place weekly supply orders

• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates

• Work closely with the Account Manager

• Identify opportunities to improve service

• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment
