Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Director of Configuration Management and Technical Data Management to lead CM/TDM across Natrium's configurations and the standard plant design. You will own baselines, naming conventions, and the data lifecycle to ensure design-control rigor and NQA-1 alignment.

As a senior leader, you will develop the CM/TDM organization, drive cross‑functional collaboration with QA, Licensing, and Project Engineering, and oversee CM/TDM interfaces for multiple projects, with on-site

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
15+ years in nuclear or highly regulated engineering environments.
Deep knowledge of ASME NQA-1 (Requirement III and Part II).
Demonstrated leadership in configuration management and technical data management.
Experience with audits, regulator reviews, and compliance assessments.
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Own Natrium's configuration-control processes and support CM/TDM deliverables with QA and Design Authority.
Architect and evolve CM/TDM structures, naming conventions, and data standards.
Ensure baselines and change-control records align with design-control expectations across systems.
Define CM/TDM requirements with QA, Licensing, and Project Engineering for regulatory compliance.
Guide CM/TDM interfaces with document-control and design-control expectations across TerraPower projects.
Drive data-driven improvements using defect and rework data.
