Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. seeks a Security Architecture Analyst to provide onsite support in Norfolk, VA. The role focuses on NATO CS programs, security accreditation, and alignment with enterprise security directives.

You will develop security requirements, coordinate with NOS/NSAB, and advise program directors on risk and security implications. The role requires NATO clearance, CIS/ICT security experience, and ability to travel quarterly to Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience or higher secondary plus 4+ years experience.
• Experience managing security aspects of CIS/ICT programs within cost/schedule/resource constraints.
• Experience coordinating security activities across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Practical experience in security design/implementation of CIS/ICT solutions.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks and ensuring compliance.
• CISA or CISM certification or NATO-equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop security aspects of Capability Development Plans and governance models.
• Create security architectures, use cases, and security requirements across CIS areas.
• Advise program directors and coordinate with NATO security authorities and stakeholders.
• Assess security implications for cost, scope, schedule, risk, and performance.
• Support integration of national security solutions with NATO capabilities.
• Prepare documentation, briefings, and weekly security review reports.
