Job summary

Spektrum supports allied.Command Transformation and NATO partnerships from Norfolk, VA. This role focuses on coordinating Partnerships Branch activities, drafting briefing materials, and ensuring policy alignment with NATO priorities across divisions.

You will develop and deliver briefings, talking points and reports for senior officers, and support engagement opportunities with partner nations. Travel up to 30 days/year and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in international relations, security studies, or related field.
• Experience in foreign/international security or defence/military affairs.
• Experience with NATO Enterprise or international organisations preferred.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and draft policy papers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Partnerships Branch activities and coordination.
• Serve as HQ NATO central contact for partnerships with HQ and partners.
• Develop and deliver briefings, speaking notes, and reports for senior officers.
• Support policy development, directives, and concepts related to NATO partnerships.
• Coordinate and track ACT activities, including engagements with partner nations.
• Maintain corporate memory and information management for Partnerships Branch.
• Ensure adherence to NATO security and information-management requirements.
• Prepare Key Leader Engagement materials and follow-up actions.
• Be prepared to travel up to 30 days per year.
• Perform tasks related to Partnerships Branch responsibilities.
